BEFORE
Rotten wood door Jambs? This door is ONLY three years old and in near perfect condition. I have repaired many like this! Either, the manufacturer does NOT paint the ends of the door jambs well enough before they put the sill on OR installer/home owner fails to paint and seal door after install. The wood wicks up water and starts to rot within a year.
AFTER
I precisely cut out the rotten portion of the door jamb using a router jig i made. I completely prime and paint ALL exposed wood and replace the removed materail with composite. I caulk and paint to match and GOOD or BETTER than new.
BEFORE
Rotten wood window sash in Holliston, MA. Customer was looking for a solution that would not entail replacing the entire window.
AFTER
The contstruction of this window allowed for its disassembly. I replicated the rail and stiles.
