A little bit about me and the services I offer…

Hi, My name is Tom and I am the owner of True-Craft Handyman Services.  

I started my handyman business for a couple of reasons.  For starters…I absolutely love building and fixing STUFF.  And secondly, I am passionate about helping people and especially helping them with their home repair needs.  

I am the sole proprietor and craftsman of my business.  I do NOT sub contract or have employees, so when you call you get me.  I show up when I say I will, I communicate clearly and I do my best to provide services that impress.

My approach is to fix, repair, restore or modify BEFORE considering replacement.  Not happy with the functionality of your kitchen cabinets? Consider adding doors, drawers, rollouts or organizers before replacing the kitchen.  Exterior door have rotten wood?  I can masterfully repair and restore most to like new condition or better.  I have photos posted in my gallery of some of the work I have completed.

My Story…

Before starting my business I worked as a Senior Manager of a small package delivery company.  I worked my way up the corporate ladder and had many good years, however I still felt unsatisfied and incomplete.  I filled my spare time with extracurricular activities such as wood working and furniture building classes, welding certifications and construction.  Taking pleasure in working on the multiple homes I’ve owned and dreaming of one day striking out on my own.  After 22 years of service an opportunity to leave presented itself and I took it.  

I have now been a professional handyman for the last 3 years.  The business knowledge I gained from corporate America and skills acquired over the years have proven invaluable.  I truly enjoy what I do.  Call today and see what I can do for you.
